Façade cleaner system components:

  1. Filtration system:

This machine has three stages of filtration in basic mode and can be upgraded to 4 stages.

In the first stage of filtration, the coarse-grained sediments up to 5 µm in diameter; in the second stage, filter chlorine and pigment; in the third filter (reverse osmosis), all water particles such as nitrates and particles up to 0.0001 mm in diameter were filtered. This machine directly converts the incoming water into purified water and does not need a storage source, and can wash up to 2 users, 350 L/h, if needed; it also can add Corian resin to the 5-liter tank (filtration of the fourth stage)

This machine also can add a detergent tank.

  1. Carrying trolley:

All the filters and reverse osmosis pressure supply motors are installed on a trolley with cables to move in different places. The size of the wheels is such that they will pass through the roughness on different surfaces easily.

  1. Filtration pressure supply motor:

This machine has a pressure supply pump for the reverse osmosis filter and, of course, water connection up to a height of 21 m; its voltage supply is 220 volts and 50 Hz. If needed, a rechargeable battery pack can be added to this system to use it wirelessly in places without city electricity.

  1. Washing handle or lance:

The 16-meter handle made of carbon fiber with the ability to adjust to a height of 22 m allows the user to easily wash up to a height of 22 m from the ground.

The brush on the handle has a standard material for all types of surfaces. If needed, it is possible to use a soft or rough brush.

Also, this machine can transfer the water tube from inside the handle for easy washing.
